For over 20 years, our customers, colleagues and communities have relied on us during the most challenging circumstances.

Now, as ever, the Aurelia Gloves team and our entire supply chain – are working tirelessly to deliver for our customers during this national crisis. This is only possible through the dedication of our partners and colleagues and I would like to express my thanks to each and every member of the Aurelia Gloves family. I would also like to say a huge thank you to you – our customers – for your loyalty, patience and understanding during these exceptional times.

We at Aurelia Gloves are here to help and we have already put in place new measures to support our customers and colleagues:

Starting with our home base, our Aurelia team members have been provided with additional hygiene and sanitizing products to use and extra cleaning is taking place regularly to keep up our excellent standards for you and our teams. We are also limiting visitors at our facility until further notice and business travel restrictions have been implemented.
As one of the few manufacturer direct supplier in the country we are able to take extra measures to prioritize incoming shipments of gloves. We are leveraging this to ensure a stable and reliable inventory even during these
very lean times.
With global lockdowns happening everywhere, inter-modal shipping capacity, costs and transit times have also been affected.
We are here to serve the American public and are working extended hours to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments especially to those with urgent needs.
As the situation remains fluid and updates are occurring daily, please contact your Account Manager for updates on current order processing, shipping lead times, current product availability and pricing. In the event of any delays, our Account Managers will contact you via phone and email to discuss the situation.
Our 13 production complexes in Malaysia are working full time to maintain production and ensure regular and prompt shipments so we can remain a strong link in the national essential infrastructure supply chain which is depended upon now, more than ever, to battle this public health crisis in our country. We are also accelerating construction and completion of our 14th and 15th production complexes. With all 15 complexes online, we will be able to produce and supply more than 48 billion pieces of medical gloves per year.
However, optimizing production and shipping have been particularly challenging as we face issues such as movement restriction policies in Malaysia which are affecting the supply of raw materials, production workers’ travel and packaging materials. Our team in Malaysia are actively monitoring the situation and formulating contingency plans.
Lockdown policies happening in key ports of entry are also affecting port clearances, loading and trucking lead times, to our distribution/fulfillment facility here in the Midwest.

We will continue to respond to the latest on COVID19 with customer and employee safety as our priority. Our commitment is to stay strong, remain positive, and ensure we make every effort to service our customers and get through this together.
